Across Nigeria, millions of people face preventable barriers to healthcare, from tuberculosis stigma and drug stock-outs to exclusion from decision-making that affects their lives. DHDC exists to change that.
Your donation strengthens community-led health solutions that save lives, improve accountability, and ensure the most vulnerable are heard. Give today. Back evidence-based, people-centred health action.
Your support helps DHDC reach communities that are often left out of formal health systems. Every contribution strengthens local outreach, improves access to reliable information, and connects more people to life-saving TB, HIV, and malaria services.
Donations also sustain community advocates, digital reporting tools, and accountability efforts that keep health programmes responsive. Together, these actions reduce preventable harm and build healthier futures for women, youth, and families.
Reduce stigma around tuberculosis, HIV, and malaria
Empower communities to monitor and report healthcare barriers in real time
Strengthen accountability between citizens and policymakers
Support women, youth, and TB survivors as leaders and advocates
Since launching OneImpact Nigeria, we've scaled community-led monitoring across 11 states and engaged over 33,000 people on our platform. Our work has reached half a million individuals with critical information on TB, TPT, stigma, and rights. We've resolved more than 50 human rights barriers to care, trained 100+ healthcare workers and community volunteers, and launched 6 TB support groups in Lagos alone.

We are committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources. DHDC operates in line with donor compliance standards and Nigerian NGO regulations. Donations are used to:
Implement community-based programmes
Support advocacy, research, and policy engagement
Ensure monitoring, evaluation, and learning across all projects
Maintain and improve digital health platforms
Train volunteers and community focal points
Health equity does not happen by accident. It happens when communities are resourced, heard, and empowered to hold systems accountable. Your donation helps make that possible.
