Why your support matters

Your support helps DHDC reach communities that are often left out of formal health systems. Every contribution strengthens local outreach, improves access to reliable information, and connects more people to life-saving TB, HIV, and malaria services.

Donations also sustain community advocates, digital reporting tools, and accountability efforts that keep health programmes responsive. Together, these actions reduce preventable harm and build healthier futures for women, youth, and families.

Stigma

Reduce stigma around tuberculosis, HIV, and malaria

Empowerment

Empower communities to monitor and report healthcare barriers in real time

Accountability

Strengthen accountability between citizens and policymakers

Support

Support women, youth, and TB survivors as leaders and advocates

Measurable progress across Nigeria's health landscape

Since launching OneImpact Nigeria, we've scaled community-led monitoring across 11 states and engaged over 33,000 people on our platform. Our work has reached half a million individuals with critical information on TB, TPT, stigma, and rights. We've resolved more than 50 human rights barriers to care, trained 100+ healthcare workers and community volunteers, and launched 6 TB support groups in Lagos alone.
