We implement targeted interventions across Nigeria to strengthen health systems and improve community wellbeing.

Flagship project
OneImpact Nigeria is a digital community-led monitoring platform that enables people affected by tuberculosis to report barriers to care, rights violations, and service gaps in real time. DHDC is the co-developer and lead implementer of OneImpact Nigeria, working in collaboration with national and state TB programmes, civil society partners, and technology providers.
